TCE Voyage Estimator
Time Charter Equivalent for a single voyage — freight revenue minus bunkers, port costs and commission, divided by voyage days.
TCE = net voyage result ÷ voyage days. Sea distance is a routing-model estimate between port positions (override it with your own figure above); bunkers use your stated consumption at constant speed. Excludes canal transit time, weather delays, ballast legs, off-hire and financing. A screening figure for comparison — not a fixture decision.
How it works
Standard voyage-economics math, no black box.
The formula
TCE = (gross freight − bunkers − port costs − other costs − commission) ÷ voyage days. The same arithmetic chartering desks run — shown line by line so every figure can be checked.
Real sea-route legs
The laden leg uses a precomputed sea-route distance between the two ports — canals and chokepoints included — not a straight-line guess. All economics come from your inputs.
What it excludes
Ballast positioning legs, canal transit time, weather and congestion delays, off-hire, financing and vessel opex. Treat the figure as a screening comparison, not a fixture decision.
